What does "vehicle maintenance" actually include? +
Each vehicle visit covers an oil and filter change, all fluid top-offs (coolant, brake, washer), engine and cabin air filter check, wiper blade inspection, and a battery load test. It's everything Jiffy Lube does — done at your driveway, at a fair price, by someone who actually knows your car.
Do I have to be home for the service visits? +
Not necessarily. Many of our snowbird members give us a door code or lockbox access. We document everything we do with photos and send you a full visit report by text or email. You'll know exactly what was done before you even land.
What if I need additional repairs beyond what's included? +
Members get 10–15% off all additional services depending on your plan. We'll always quote you before doing anything extra, so there are no surprises. Parts and materials are billed at cost + 25% — significantly less than what any shop or contractor charges.
What's your service area? +
We serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton. No travel fees within this area. If you're just outside, contact us and we'll let you know — we try to accommodate members wherever possible.
Can I cancel my membership? +
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing period with no penalty. If you've already been billed for a quarter and haven't used your visit, we'll schedule it before cancellation or issue a prorated refund. We'd rather earn your business every season than lock you in.
What if something comes up between scheduled visits? +
That's exactly what the direct line is for. Members text us directly and hear back promptly. Additional work is quoted and scheduled within 24–48 hours at your member rate — no playing phone tag, no waiting weeks for a slot.
